چکیده
Purpose - to study the state of protection against vaccine-controlled infections in children with primary immunodeficiency (PID) and on immunosuppressive therapy. Materials methods. The object was level intensity humoral immunity viral (measles, rubella) bacterial (diphtheria, tetanus) immunosuppressed patients. Protective levels specific IgG antibodies vaccine antigens were determined 58 20 receiving Among immunodeficiency, there 26 preserved antibody function 32 deficiencies combined immunodeficiencies immunoglobulin replacement immunocompromised patients compared that healthy control group. Results. In group PID function, vaccinated measles, rubella 94.4% had a protective 100% rubella. 78.6% this protected tetanus only 57.1% diphtheria. All impaired production intravenous therapy (IVIG) rubella, diphtheria, tetanus. 10 measles virus titer detected 80% children, 90% Almost all rheumatic diseases diphtheria these pathogens, except for 2 out 14 (14,2%) who did not have Children glomerulonephritis nephrotic syndrome insufficient tetanus, 3 6 (50%) no patient pathology Conclusions. findings studies suggest most may develop sufficient immune response vaccination (tetanus) infections. IVIG protects impair production. Pyrexia after diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis and diphtheria/tetanus vaccines.
The temperatures of 587 children were taken before and after diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis (DTP) or diphtheria/tetanus (DT) vaccine. Only slight temperature increases were found but these were notably more frequent after plain than adsorbed DTP vaccine preparations and the frequency increased with each successive dose.
